Distillation Operator 1 - Winter Haven, FLOperation and Troubleshooting of Distillation and processing equipmentEssential Functions:Run Distillation and Reaction process equipment, Inventory management through paperwork transfers.Charging of stills,Process plumbing lineups with hoses hard lines and fittings to and from tanks,Packaging of citrus oils in drums/pails/gallon containers with various methods, sampling and labeling distillation cuts and running GC analysis on cuts and in process samples, making run condition changes/decisions based on analysis, housekeeping of the work area, adhering to GMP/HACCP/Food Safety Standards. Forklift operation- drum and pail pallets and drum picker usage.Supervisory Responsibility:NoneWork Environment:50% Ambient/50% Air Conditioned OfficePhysical Demands:Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis, able to bend, stoop, stretch, reach and duck.Moderate periods of standing.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:Direct-Hourly- 7 days on/off 12 hour shiftsRequired Education and Experience:GED-HS Diploma Req.Simple Mathematics understanding Req.
