Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Disputes Analyst will manage card transaction disputes, investigate claims, and facilitate communication between customers and banking partners while ensuring compliance with card-network rules. Key responsibilities Review fraud and non-fraud card transaction disputes for accuracy and eligibility Investigate transaction activity and manage disputes from intake to resolution Identify recurring dispute patterns and assist in developing efficient operational processes Required qualifications Proven experience in disputes, fraud investigations, or banking operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to make risk-based decisions Comfortable using AI tools to enhance operational efficiency High agency and ownership with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
