Dispensing Systems TechnicianWe are seeking a hands-on Dispensing Systems Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial dispensing equipment. This role works closely with the Dispensing Systems Manager and supports both customer sites and internal technical operations. The ideal candidate has strong electrical and mechanical experience, can work independently, and is comfortable traveling to field locations.What You'll Do:Install, upgrade, and maintain dispensing equipment at customer sitesPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and PLC-controlled systemsTroubleshoot pumps, motors, pneumatic valves, flow meters, and level sensorsAssist with system commissioning, demonstrations, and quality control activitiesMaintain accurate service records and follow QA/QC standardsProvide professional technical support to customers and internal teamsWhat We're Looking For:2-year technical degree or 4+ years of hands-on industrial/manufacturing experienceStrong electrical and mechanical aptitudeExperience with PLC and HMI programmingKnowledge of pumps, pneumatic systems, liquid metering, and industrial controlsAbility to read and follow SOPs and technical documentationStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyPhysical & Travel Requirements:Up to 60% travel; occasional weekend work as neededAbility to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs unassistedNon-smoker/non-vaperThis role is ideal for a technically skilled field professional who enjoys hands-on equipment work and solving real-world industrial challenges.
