Key Responsibilities for the Dispatcher:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers, technicians, or field personnel to meet customer and operational needs.
- Monitor daily routes, schedules, and service assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams regarding schedules, updates, and service requests.
- Track service status and respond to schedule changes, delays, or emergencies as needed.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records, logs, and documentation.
- Coordinate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for the Dispatcher:
- 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, transportation, or scheduling experience preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with dispatch software, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, routes, and resources with a high level of accuracy.
