Dispatch Field Service Representative - Water TechnologiesAs a Field Service Representative (FSR), you will safely provide commissioning and aftermarket support to a diverse group of industrial and municipal customers primarily focused on our Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) product line.Duties & Responsibilities:Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)Monitor equipment performance and operationConduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentationPerform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirementsCarry out mechanical, electrical, process, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers, instrumentation, and automation hardwarePerform installation & maintenance activities on various EDR configurationsProvide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their systemProvide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed during service visitsComply with company and customer safety guidelines and requirementsExhibit Veolia Culture and ValuesWho You Are:ProfessionalAccountableShows initiativeExcellent at building relationshipsGreat listenerKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Computer/technology proficientKnowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeStrong oral and written communication skillsSuperb customer service skillsAbility to handle multiple shifting demands with professionalism and good judgment while adapting to dynamic business & industry situationsDemonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teamsEducation & Experience:RequiredHigh School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environmentPreferredTechnical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programmingAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in science/engineering (STEM)Water treatment equipment experience including ultrafiltration and/or membrane bioreactorsPLC Programming experienceWork Conditions:Must possess a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, and using your hands and fingers in a skillful and coordinated wayWork may take place in a range of environments, including but not limited to industrial sites, at elevated heights, or in confined spacesMust be available for on-call emergency responseMust be capable of traveling within North America without any restrictionsTravel: 50% to 70%Additional InformationJoin a company that values Responsibility, Solidarity, Innovation, Customer Focus, and Respect.
