We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented closing dishwasher to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to keeping service running smoothly and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitation standards, keeping the dish area organized, supporting bar team with polishing, supporting cooks with washing and restocking equipment, breaking down cardboard and trash, and assisting with general kitchen cleanliness during and after service.
The ideal candidate works with urgency, takes pride in cleanliness, stays organized under pressure, and communicates well with the team. We’re looking for someone dependable who understands that consistency and teamwork are key in a professional kitchen and that can work weekends and late nights.
