Dishwasher responsibilities include:
- Following food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishes and utensils
- Following safety and sanitation procedures
- Keeping equipment clean and the work area organized
- Completing duties without constant supervision
Dishwasher requirements include:
- Minimum age 16 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements
- Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
- Able to competently operate the dish machine
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
