If you lack kitchen experience, but are hard working, reliable, driven, self motivated, excited about high quality production & constant improvement - we may have a job for you. We will train you. You must be trustworthy, able to work clean and with a positive attitude in a fast paced environment. Must be open to constructive criticism and correction.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable dishwasher to keep our kitchen running smoothly. This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency during both busy and slower shifts.

Job Details
We're a busy, modern wood fired pizza joint @ one of Arizona’s top wineries in the heart of Sonoita wine country.
Our food is simple. Based on high quality ingredients from cool folks. We work to find the best stuff, prepare it simply and share it with the people.

The Job:

• Wash dishes, utensils, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly
• Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
• Take out trash and recycling as needed
• Assist with basic kitchen prep when needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines

• Work well on a team with respect, a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Desire to work. Reliable. Trustworthy. Timely.
• Care for  the product, the place and the people
• Passion for food. Love for restaurants. Serious about your work
• Desire to learn
• A current Food Handlers Card will be required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation (important due to rural location)
