• Set-up dish washing station.
• Set-up pot washing station.
• Follow proper procedures of running dishes through a conveyor dish machine.
• Follow proper pot washing procedures using a three-compartment sink.
• Keep a la carte line and banquet line clear of dirty pots, pans, utensils, etc.
• Disposing of trash bags to the dumpster frequently.
• Breaking down and disposing of cardboard boxes.
• Sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors and coolers.
• Occasionally lifting upward of 50 pounds.
Requirements
• Able to stand for 8+ hours.
• Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work in hot temperatures.
Salary Description
