We are searching for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen team under chef Ari Miller. This position is for an enthusiastic individual looking for positive work environment. At least one year of dishwashing experience is required. The dish pit is outfitted with a Termac dish machine and 3-basin sink for hand washing. Responsibilities also include facilities cleaning and some kitchen prep assistance.

Job duties:
- Cleaning all dishes from the dining room and kitchen
- Sweeping & mopping all areas of the kitchen
- Properly operating a high volume dish machine
- Basic food preparation during down time
- Maintaining / cleaning the trash & recycling areas
- Cleaning bathrooms before each service
- Performing weekly deep cleans on used areas of the kitchen / restaurant
