Dishwasher - Palladium

What would I be doing in this position?

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas. (You will be the hero of the entire kitchen team.)
• Load and unload dishwashing machines. (Easy stuff.)
• Wash specific items by hand, such as cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china. (Those items need a little extra TLC.)
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
• Set up workstations before meal preparation begins. (It's always best to be prepared!)
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours. (Our guests like using clean stuff all the time.)
• Check washing machines' operation and promptly report any technical or performance issues. (Make those machines work!)
• Remove garbage regularly.
• Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor. (No one likes to work in a dirty place.)

Qualifications: What education or experience do I need to have to qualify?

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Some work experience as a dishwasher or waitstaff preferred
• Hands on experience with industrial washing machines preferred but not required

• Flexibility with scheduling - ability to work holidays, nights, and weekends
