Tachi, a busy 12-seat sushi counter in Hell’s Kitchen, is hiring a reliable Dishwasher / Kitchen Porter to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area, kitchen, and back-of-house areas clean and organized
- Take out trash and recycling
- Sweep and mop floors
- Help with general cleaning and light kitchen support as needed
- Work efficiently during busy service
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and able to move quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant
- Able to lift and carry typical restaurant supplies and trash
- Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
