Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. Assist with cleaning kitchen equipment, floors, and food preparation areas. Properly dispose of trash and recycling. Restock clean dishes and kitchen supplies for the culinary team. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Support the kitchen team with additional cleaning and prep tasks as needed. Qualifications: What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Dependable with excellent attendance. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
