- Hand wash all pots, pans, containers and utensils soiled throughout the course of business
- Take out all trash accumulated during the course of the day
- Wipe down and maintain cleanliness of walls and sink in dish area
- Sweep and mop dish area and walk-in cooler
*to include any other tasks requested
