Job Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Load and unload dishwashing equipment
- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and workstations clean and organized
- Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment
- Remove trash and maintain proper sanitation standards
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and food service tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or dishwasher experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
