Dishwasher
The starting hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.
The dishwasher is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by adhering to all sanitation standards. This is a part-time position. Hours for this position fluctuate depending upon arena event schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support culinary, preparation, and pantry areas throughout the arena
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, and pot-scrubbing stations
- Complete all station setup and breakdown responsibilities thoroughly and efficiently
- Ensure clean dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned, stored, and organized
- Clean and maintain sanitation and dishwashing areas
- Follow proper work procedures and comply with all safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain organization and proper storage of cleaning chemicals, mops, brooms, and related supplies
- Develop familiarity with the arena layout to navigate work areas efficiently and assist guests as needed
- Work collaboratively with operational partners to ensure event service standards are met
- Contribute to maintaining excellent guest service standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
