Position Responsibilities:

As a Dishwasher, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the kitchen team by:

  Cleaning and sanitizing cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.

  n
n
• n

  Keeping the dish area organized and ensuring proper machine temperature and chemical safety.

  n
n
• n

  Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen floors and back-of-house spaces.

  n
n
• n

  Properly disposing of waste and following dumpster procedures.

  n
n
• n

  Supporting the kitchen team with additional back-of-house tasks as assigned by management.

n

Position Qualifications:

• n

  Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred.

  n

• n

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety.

• n

  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  n

• n

  Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• n

  Must be able to:

  Lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

• n

  Walk and stand for extended periods with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
