BASIC FUNCTION

To ensure that clean dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, and pans are provided for the Food & Beverage operation. To maintain general kitchen sanitation.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Kitchen Supervisor

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  Set-up, operation of, breakdown and cleaning of dishwashing machine.

  n

• n

  Set-up, use of, and cleaning of 3 compartment sink for pot washing.

  n
n
• n

  Responsible for kitchen sanitation to include sweeping, mopping, trash removal, equipment sanitation.

• n

  Wash pots, pans, and miscellaneous food equipment.

  n
n
• n

  Place dirty dishes into conveyor dish machine.

  n
n
• n

  Put cleaned dishes and flatware away.

  n
n
• n

  Wash floor mats weekly.

  n
n
• n

  Wash movable carts.

  n
n
• n

  Wash walls.

  n
n
• n

  Scrub and degrease floors.

  n
n
• n

  Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma preferred.
n
