Prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (2 years preferred) is a plus, but not required.
Position Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish and kitchen areas
Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleanliness
Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment
Support kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (boxes, supplies, dish racks)
Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and carry
Safely move throughout all areas of the restaurant
Work in a fast-paced, high-noise, confined environment
Work in varying temperatures, including hot kitchen conditions
Frequently handle water and cleaning solutions
Work indoors and occasionally outdoors as needed
