• Wash all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in a timely manner
• Clean cooking and prep stations to help keep service running efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, refrigeration units, tables, and work areas, including scheduled deep cleaning
• Clean and maintain front-of-house areas and exterior areas as needed
• Follow all local health department requirements and food-safety regulations
• Complete all opening and closing responsibilities
• Assist with general tasks as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Chef
• Help train new dishwashers when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Provide flexibility in covering open shifts when available

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or similar environment
• Working knowledge of a commercial dishwasher
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Clear communication with managers and both kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Ability to stand for up to eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to go up and down stairs frequently throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy service periods
