Description:
The dishwasher position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
standards for china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc., using machine
and manual cleaning methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area
is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility
Requirements:
Place dirty dishes, glassware ,tableware and cooking utensils
in racks to send through dish machine
• Wash pots and pans, trays by hand
• Remove trash to dumpster
• Set up or break down dishwashing area
• Clean floors at end of night
• Assembledisassemble dish machine
• Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
Additional Info:
• No experience needed- will train
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
• Be able to work in increased and decreased temperatures
