Emmy Squared Alexandria is seeking experienced Dishwashers to join our growing team! As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant serving a delicious menu of Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, and sandwiches. Key Responsibilities:

• n

  Ensure all equipment and cookware are cleaned and available for use.

  n
n
• n

  Wash and clean all cookware, utensils, and dishware following Emmy Squared standards.

  n
n
• n

  Maintain dish area organization, including machine temperature settings and chemical safety.

  n
n
• n

  Keep kitchen floors clean and free of debris.

  n
n
• n

  Properly dispose of waste and follow dumpster procedures.

  n
n
• n

  Ensure kitchen sanitation aligns with health department regulations.

  n
n
• n

  Minimize loss and waste by using facility supplies appropriately.

  n
n
• n

  Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house.

  n
n
• n

  Assist with additional back-of-house duties as assigned by management.

  n
n

Qualifications:

n
• n

  Previous restaurant back-of-house experience preferred.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

• n

  Maintains calm and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to handle high volumes of work while maintaining quality.

  n
n
• n

  Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  n

• n

  Ability to work around various chemicals and respond to hazardous situations.

• n

  Must be able to:

  Lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and push or pull up to 75 lbs.

• n

  Walk and stand for extended periods, with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching overhead.
