Pelican Brewing Company is hiring a Dish Operator to keep our coastal brewpub kitchen running smoothly. In this fast-paced, guest-focused environment, you’ll operate commercial dish machines, wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and small equipment, and keep the dish area clean and organized. You’ll support the kitchen team by stocking clean wares, assisting with basic prep and bussing during rushes, and following strict food safety and sanitation standards.
