Incentive AnalystAt Regions, the Incentive Analyst helps to administer corporate line of business incentive plans. This position develops and provides reporting from incentive applications, with minimal supervision.Primary ResponsibilitiesConducts analysis required to recommend plan design changes and to help with sales performanceDevelops models to determine incentive plan payoutsInteracts with various levels of management concerning incentive plan design and payouts and sales performanceMay work as a liaison with technology/vendors and end users to address user issuesAudits and validates results between the systems of record and end results as neededResponsible for ad hoc analysis as requestedDemonstrates in-depth knowledge of own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplinesSolves complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutionsWorks independently and receives minimal guidanceMay lead projects or project steps within a broader project or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectivesActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.RequirementsBachelor's degree and four (4) years of related experienceOR High school Diploma/GED and eight (8) years of incentive experiencePreferencesBanking experienceExperience with Systems, Applications, & Products in Data Processing (SAP) Commissions softwareDatabase reporting with tools such as Crystal Reports and Structured Query Language (SQL) ReportingSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work under limited guidanceDemonstrated ability to learn software/business intelligence toolsExcellent verbal/written communication skillsMust be detail oriented, with the ability to multitaskProficient Microsoft Office Suite skills and a strong working knowledge of Access and PowerPointStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrior credit experience preferred for the scorecard auditing portion of this position.This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.Regions will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position at this time.
