Responsible for ensuring compliance with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations, the full-time Disclosure Specialist will enter loan data, manage disclosures, and maintain regulatory standards while working remotely. Key responsibilities Enter and manage data for initial and re-disclosures of Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures Review and process Change of Circumstance requests in accordance with federal and state laws Calculate closing figures and ensure all disclosures are compliant with current regulations Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Preferred experience in the mortgage industry Familiarity with RESPA-TILA/TRID regulations Ability to complete mandatory company trainings within required timelines
