Detail-driven and accountable, the full-time Disbursement Analyst will manage the end-to-end processing of settlement payments, tax form preparation, and cash management activities while collaborating with various teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Execute the creation and distribution of settlement payments in accordance with court orders and specific requirements Conduct payment compliance reviews and distribution audits to ensure accuracy before and after disbursement Investigate payment issues, coordinating with vendors and banking partners to resolve discrepancies Required qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll, banking, or a related financial processing role GED or High School Diploma required; Associate Degree or higher preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for processing financial transactions Ability to read and interpret financial or legal documents and apply independent judgment Strong mathematical aptitude and organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
