Disaster Workforce Engagement Lead

The American Red Cross in Ohio seeks a Disaster Workforce Engagement Manager to guide and support teams of employees and volunteers in times of disaster. You will build a robust volunteer and staff network and energize engagement through established processes to serve communities in need.

You will deploy regionally at least once a year and ensure disaster cycle services are delivered quickly, equitably, and with cultural and linguistic sensitivity, while maintaining strong partnerships.
