Supporting the Strategic HR Partner as a subject matter expert, the full-time Disability Specialist (PA Licensed) will manage disability programs and accommodation requests while working remotely from Pennsylvania. Key responsibilities Analyze data related to disability and accommodation management to identify trends and gaps Facilitate communication between employees and managers regarding accommodation needs and return-to-work programs Draft and recommend policy revisions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field A minimum of 3 years of related work experience Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act and related regulations Experience in managing accommodation requests and return-to-work programs Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
