Job Description
• Front desk assistance (answering phone, copying notes, scanning documents, filing, greeting students, visitors and faculty)
• Assisting with conversion of materials (including Braille, large print, captioning of videos, and electronic textbooks)
• Taking notes for students in classes
• Acting as a classroom assistant for students with disabilities
• Scribing for students
Qualifications/Skills Required

• Ability to uphold confidentiality
• HS diploma, with some college coursework preferred
• Preference of previous experience working with people with disabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs
• Computer knowledge
• Ability and willingness to work with students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Number of Hours Per Week
Up to 20
Days of Week
Flexible, Must be able to work the following days of the week - Need for 8-10 AM and also 3-4 PM
Physical Demands
Salary
$16.50 per hour
