Position Overview

Advisory: KPMG LLP seeks Directors in New York, NY. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 7 years’ experience in offshore positions or related occupations. Candidates with a master’s degree must also have 3 years’ experience. Employers will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, or related employment experience determined equivalent by a credential evaluation service to meet bachelor’s degree requirements.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience identifying EBITDA of companies subject to planned transactions and proposing normalization adjustments by analysis of target companies' financial performance.
• Analyzing net working capital, including identifying normalized level of NWC, assessing components, payment terms, and ratios (DSO, DPO, DOH).
• Conducting net debt analysis, including overview of in‑bond management profiles, covenant compliance, and searching for unrecorded liabilities.
• Analyzing financial metrics, including revenue, cost of sales, margins, overhead, and geographic areas.
• Identifying historical and projected financial and operating trends that impact target company valuation.
• Knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

Salary Range

$189,600 – $319,400 per year.
