Director, Weight Management Program

Lenox Hill Hospital, part of Northwell Health, is seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to lead and grow its multidisciplinary medical weight management program on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and grow a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary medical weight management program.

Compensation

• Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000.

Benefits

• Eligible employees will receive 100% employer-paid tuition expenses towards a master’s degree from Hofstra University.

Requirements

• BE/BC in Endocrinology.
• BC/BE in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
• Significant expertise in medical weight management, obesity, and metabolic disorders.
• Visionary leader capable of developing and growing a comprehensive, multidisciplinary weight management program.
• Demonstrated experience in program development.
• Demonstrated experience in collaboration.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes in this specialized field.
