Supporting real-world data analyses, the full-time Director, Value & Evidence Strategy will design and execute treatment patterns, drug utilization studies, and develop payer-facing analytic tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote capacity. Key responsibilities: Conduct real-world data studies using large-scale healthcare databases and advanced statistical methods Develop economic models and budget impact tools for payer organizations and health technology assessment bodies Draft scientific communications, including abstracts and manuscripts, to disseminate study findings Required qualifications: Master's degree in Pharmacy, Economics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related field with six years of relevant experience, or a PhD with four years of experience Demonstrated experience in SAS programming and supporting BI tools and data integration Experience with real-world healthcare database research and statistical modeling of observational data Ability to synthesize multiple healthcare data sets to generate insights supporting commercial objectives Familiarity with Windows and UNIX servers in supporting SAS users
