Director, UX & Product Design — Design Systems Leader

HireRight is redefining its design function and seeks a Director, UX & Product Design to lead as a player‑coach, raising the bar while remaining hands‑on to demonstrate value. The role evangelizes design thinking across Product and Engineering and builds reusable systems to empower teams to ship great experiences.

You will shepherd design systems, tooling, and AI-assisted templates, coaching designers, PMs, and engineers, shaping candidate and employer journeys with scalable, accessible design
