Director, Utilization Review & Denials Management

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Director of Utilization Review to provide strategic leadership across the UR function. You will oversee concurrent and retrospective reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance improvements across the system.

The role partners with clinical and revenue cycle leadership to reduce payer denials, optimize the appeals process, and enhance patient outcomes. Strong Epic experience and RN licensure are required, with XSOLIS preferred.
