Director, Utility Field Services (Fully Remote)

• National role responsible for safe, consistent, and profitable execution of Shermco's Protection & Controls business.
• Reports to VP of Protection & Controls and sets direction for operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead General Managers and Area Managers in safety, quality, utilization, forecasting, and customer service.
• Own operating execution for financial performance, resource deployment, and compliance with safe work practices.
• Partner with technical leaders and support business development and expansion into adjacent services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of field services experience, with 5+ years in multi-location leadership.
• P&L responsibility for a $40M+ technical services business and knowledge of relay protection and controls strongly preferred.
• Strong safety leadership, analytical judgment, and ability to travel 50% among operating locations.
