Director, Utilities Engineering & Strategy

Testa Search Partners is seeking an experienced Engineering leader to oversee the municipal electric, water and wastewater programs in Florida. You will direct the Engineering Department, coordinate capital plans, and guide consultants in strategic studies while ensuring compliance with standards and codes.

You will review designs and manage budgets, GIS data, and storm-response planning, while driving staff performance and internal controls across the utility infrastructure portfolio.
