Director, US SALT: Build & Lead Compliance

Flex is seeking a Director of State and Local Tax to design and stand up the U.S. SALT function from Austin, TX.

This hands-on role will operate initially without direct reports, leveraging external advisors and internal partners to build a scalable SALT operating model and governance framework. You will oversee income/franchise tax, sales/use tax, property tax, and related obligations, while guiding compliance, planning, and process improvements across the SALT landscape.
