Director, US Real-World Evidence – Health Outcomes

• Develop and deliver components of the US data generation plan, including real-world evidence and economic value evidence
• Develop evidence generation plans, study concepts, protocols, workplans, timelines, and resourcing proposals
• Lead assigned real-world evidence and health outcomes studies, including design and execution with internal functions and external vendors
• Provide periodic reporting and keep key stakeholders updated on study plans
• Build relationships with external thought leaders and ensure appropriate research methods and agendas
• Manage cross-functional alignment across medical, market access, R&D, and commercial stakeholders
• Lead meetings on evidence-generation gaps and priorities
• Draft and review project specifications, protocols, statistical analysis plans, study reports, abstracts, posters, and manuscripts
• Provide RWE and health outcomes input for development and commercialization decisions
• Gather customer insights from Field Based Payer Medical Teams and other field stakeholders
• Manage vendors, contractors, study scope, timelines, budgets, and change control
• Complete required training, follow SOPs, and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

• Master’s degree or PhD in health economics and outcomes research, epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, or a related discipline
• 3+ years’ experience within the pharmaceutical industry or academia-related research within US Oncology
• Experience designing publication plans and presenting RWE/HO research at major clinical congresses
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Expertise in real-world evidence and economic evaluation study designs and methods
• Experience developing research questions, endpoints, data-source selections, and bias/confounding mitigation approaches
• Experience reviewing or authoring statistical analysis plans and study reports
• Experience ensuring publication and disclosure readiness in accordance with internal SOPs and external requirements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize, pivot, and manage multiple projects in a matrix environment
