Director, US International Tax Strategy

Anthropic seeks an International Tax Director to lead US international tax planning and cross-border structuring. You will draft technical memos, review models, and drive implementations across entities and transactions with Tax, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting.

You will work closely with M&A and transfer pricing teams to ensure compliant, efficient structuring and to manage evolving international guidance.
