Director, University Ombuds Office — Conflict Resolution Leader

The Pennsylvania State University seeks an inaugural Director for the University Ombuds Office to establish a new office serving faculty, staff, and postdocs, while providing a structured feedback channel for leadership.

Reporting to the Provost’s Chief of Staff, the role develops ombuds representative selection, oversees training, and supports campus-wide neutrality and informal resolution of issues.
