Director, U.S. Heavy Civil Growth & Partnerships

Aecon is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead expansion in the United States, driving growth in heavy civil infrastructure. You will shape pursuit strategies, build strategic partnerships, and guide capture management for large projects.

The role requires a strong network in US infrastructure, 12+ years of experience, and the ability to translate market insights into executable growth plans. Travel across the U.S. and to Canada is expected.
