Jobtailor is seeking a Transformation Leader to design and drive transformation strategies across the Transmission CoE. You will partner with Transmission leaders to identify high-impact opportunities and oversee end-to-end process improvements in transmission operations.
You will introduce Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies, develop KPIs, and use data analytics to inform decisions while leading change management and building a high-performing team.
