The Director will lead financial due diligence engagements on behalf of private equity clients and corporate acquirers and sellers.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellers- Plan, manage, and lead multiple due diligence engagements and service teams- Act as primary client contact throughout the due diligence process- Conduct on-site and phone interviews with C-level personnel at acquisition targets- Analyze historical financial and operating results, explain business trends, and identify risks- Prepare due diligence reports and presentations highlighting key findings and recommendations- Train, develop, and mentor lower-level staff- Apply TAS best practices to ensure consistent quality of service- Generate new business opportunities and develop proposals for prospective clientsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance; CPA preferred; minimum 6 years of audit, accounting, and financial due diligence experience; prior experience with lower middle market companies; strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Apply for this Position
