We are partnering with a growing organization to identify an experienced Total Rewards leader to guide its compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee well-being programs. This highly visible role will partner with HR and business leaders to build thoughtful, competitive programs that support employees and advance the organization’s people strategy.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve the organization’s total rewards strategy and programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to support attraction, retention, engagement, and growth.
- Advise senior leaders on market trends, program effectiveness, and workforce needs.
- Lead and develop a strong team while building effective internal and external partnerships.
- Identify opportunities to improve programs, processes, and the overall employee experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Progressive HR leadership experience with strong expertise in total rewards and a broad understanding of HR.
- Experience leading compensation, benefits, and related employee programs.
- Ability to use data and market insights to guide decisions and shape strategy.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business judgment, communication skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
