Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, implement, and communicate policies, processes, and procedures, holding staff accountable for their respective roles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to educate staff and the community about awareness, prevention, and treatment options, and support clinical affiliations and relationships with educational institutions.
• Use historical data and emerging trends to forecast operational revenues and expenses and make recommendations for salary adjustments.
• Possess in‑depth knowledge of state, federal, and professional regulatory requirements for program reimbursement, business standards, legal issues, and documentation requirements, and apply them to program operations and departments.
• Provide patient care and celebrate the accomplishments of staff and patients.

Qualifications

• Current State license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech‑Language Pathology.
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited therapy program.
• Additional training with a Master's or Doctorate degree in a professional or management area is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of rehabilitation experience, including two years in a management role.
