As Director, Texas Product Growth & Testing , you'll lead product expansion, market strategy, and experimentation across one of our most important markets. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a leader who's ready to own results — and build something that lasts.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute a product growth strategy for the Texas market — aligned with where Advance America is headed
• Design and lead A/B tests, pilots, and product experiments across branches and digital channels
• Develop a structured testing framework to evaluate features, pricing, and customer journeys
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Digital teams to drive acquisition and retention
• Turn data into decisions — and decisions into measurable results
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team rooted in our Nine Core Principles
• Be the Texas market voice in product planning and roadmap conversations

What You Bring

• 6+ years in product management, growth strategy, or a related field
• 2+ years leading cross-functional teams at a senior level
• A proven track record of driving growth and scaling experimentation programs
• Strong analytical skills — you're comfortable in the data and confident in the boardroom
• Deep knowledge of the Texas consumer financial services market
• Experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
