Director, Test Engineering & Verification

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director 1, Test Engineering in the SDS Division for Roy, UT. This senior role leads a cross-disciplinary test engineering team, driving test planning, execution, and governance across multiple programs with an emphasis on lab, ground, and flight testing.

You will report to the SDS Vice President of Engineering, foster a world-class engineering culture, and ensure consistency of processes and tools across sites while maintaining compliance and performance metrics.
