Responsibilities

  • Own and advance core platforms and high-impact solutions that enable safe, accelerated adoption of Generative AI across the company.
  • Drive programs that take cutting‑edge AI research from concept to production‑grade deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, product owners, designers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate AI models into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts and influence decision‑making across product, engineering, design, and data science teams.
  • Lead the development and orchestration of agentic AI chatbots and intelligent assistants that support context‑aware, multi‑agent interactions.
  • Partner with research teams to manage pre‑training, fine‑tuning, and inference optimization, ensuring performance and efficiency at scale.
  • Work with risk, security, and compliance teams to identify and mitigate risks related to generative AI.
  • Establish frameworks for experimentation, evaluation, and deployment of generative AI models.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery to keep programs on schedule and within scope.
  • Translate academic research into practical applications and drive adoption of AI technologies across production environments.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and influencing skills to manage cross‑functional teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • At least 7years of experience managing technical programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+years of experience designing and building data‑intensive solutions using distributed computing.
  • 3+years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services with cloud computing (AWS preferred).
  • 3+years of experience building highly scalable mobile products and platforms.
  • 3+years of experience with Agile delivery.
  • 3+years of experience delivering large and complex programs, owning both business and technical vision.
  • Experience building systems and solutions within highly regulated environments.
  • MBA or master’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).

Benefits

Salary range: $230,400 – $286,900 annually, depending on location. Position is eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that supports overall well‑being.
