BitGo in New York City is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead the newly formed R&D TPM function. You will own delivery across regulated product programs, coordinating across product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to meet audited deadlines.
As the first TPM in R&D, you will hire 1–2 TPMs within a year, establish an execution rhythm, and build a credible plan that reduces coordination overhead while maintaining accountability for outcomes in a public company environment.
