Director – Technical Product Owner, App Development Leader

• Lead and execute software development initiatives
• Own technical solutions, development, and capabilities
• Create a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage development escalations and blockers
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, security, and financial standards
• Manage vendor relationships ensuring timelines and quality of deliverables

Requirements

• 4-year degree is strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects
• At least 5 years of direct management of a development team
• Development background (required)
• Fluency in SQL (required)
• PE experience (preferred)
